Not always. For front-yard or easily accessed trees we can often assess and quote without you present, then follow up by phone. For backyard, gated, or lakefront jobs it helps to have you there so we can talk through access and what you want.
No trip charge for a standard estimate across our core service area. We're based in Westminster and cover Oconee County and the greater Upstate; for jobs farther out we'll be upfront about any travel before we schedule.
